AXIAL CAPITAL USA
Privacy notice
Effective September 27, 2026 · Last updated September 27, 2026
This notice explains how Axial Capital USA (“Axial,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information through our company website, inquiries, and private portals. It also covers information supplied to us in connection with the financing requests and agreements managed in those portals.
For privacy questions or requests, contact partners@axialcapitalusa.com or +1 (818) 299-4397.
Information we collect and its sources
We receive information directly from you, from your authorized company representatives, and from sponsors, deal originators, capital partners, and other participants involved in a financing request. Our service providers also process technical information when you use the website.
- Contact and business information: name, company, business role, email address, telephone number, correspondence, and relationship history.
- Inquiry and deal information: project name and location, asset class, development stage, requested capital, timing, ownership, existing financing, and other information you provide about an opportunity.
- Financial and supporting records: financial statements, budgets, rent rolls, ownership records, and other documents submitted for a financing request. These files may contain personal or sensitive information about you or other people.
- Account and access information: account identifiers, contact details, requested role, approval decisions, and permissions. When email/password registration is enabled, our authentication provider processes credentials. Passwords are not displayed in the Partners CRM.
- Agreement and signature records: contracting parties, signer names and email addresses, document versions, signature status, execution dates, and evidence reviewed by Axial. When electronic signing is enabled, the signing provider also processes its completion and audit records.
- Technical and activity information: IP addresses or derived identifiers used for abuse prevention, browser and device information processed by our hosting providers, session information, and records of access, uploads, downloads, and changes.
The public inquiry form is for an initial discussion. Please do not include account passwords, Social Security numbers, identification documents, or detailed financial statements in that form. Use the authorized portal process for requested documents, and remove unrelated personal information before uploading. Provide information about other people only when you are authorized to do so.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and assess the information needed for a financing discussion.
- Organize deal submissions, review supporting documents, identify potential capital relationships, and coordinate diligence and transaction communications.
- Review account requests, manage permissions, and provide sponsor, investor, and staff access.
- Prepare and track agreements, review signature evidence, and maintain document and transaction histories.
- Manage follow-ups, contractual dates, service communications, and internal operations.
- Protect accounts and records, investigate errors or misuse, maintain the website, and address applicable legal obligations or disputes.
Automated checklists, status calculations, and reminders support Axial’s work. They do not approve financing or commit capital. Axial staff review financing requests and determine the appropriate next steps.
Who may receive information
Authorized Axial personnel. Staff with authorized access use information for the business purposes described above. Sponsors receive access to their authorized deals. Internal CRM notes and capital-provider records are restricted to authorized staff.
Transaction participants. Relevant information may be provided to potential capital partners, deal originators, professional advisers, and other participants as needed to pursue a financing request and consistent with applicable instructions and agreements. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically distribute a deal to lenders or investors. Opportunity materials that Axial deliberately publishes in the investor portal are available to approved investor accounts; they are not public website content.
Service providers. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare support website hosting, records, and file storage. OpenAI services also support authorized internal CRM reminders and assistance. Where enabled, Supabase supports account authentication, Resend processes service emails, and Docusign processes signature requests and signing evidence. These services receive the information needed for the functions being used. Email and signature features are available only after their respective services have been activated.
Legal and protective purposes. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or legal process, to address suspected fraud or security incidents, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Independent capital partners and external services may have their own privacy notices. Review those notices when you communicate with them or use their services.
How long information is retained
Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Inquiry and relationship information is retained according to the status of the discussion and ongoing business relationship. Account and access records are retained according to account administration and security needs. Deal documents, executed agreements, and signature evidence are retained according to the transaction, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and any dispute or legal hold. Technical and activity records are retained according to security, troubleshooting, and audit needs.
Closing a deal, suspending an account, or archiving a document does not automatically erase its records or earlier versions. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention of a particular record. We assess requests against applicable obligations and the rights of other parties; some records may need to be retained.
Security and processing locations
We use account access controls, authorization checks, private document storage, and activity records to help protect information. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Access through this website does not mean that all information is stored in your home jurisdiction.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to provide optional information. We may be unable to evaluate a request or provide portal access without information needed for that purpose. You can update available profile or deal fields in your authorized portal, or contact us to request a correction.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of personal information, correction, deletion, limits on certain uses, or an explanation of our handling of it. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law, including rights concerning sale or sharing and sensitive personal information. The availability of a particular right depends on the law and the circumstances.
Send requests to partners@axialcapitalusa.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call +1 (818) 299-4397. Describe the request and the relevant account or relationship. Do not send a password or an identity document in your initial message. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority before releasing or changing records.
If a request cannot be fulfilled, you may ask us to review the response. You may also contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction where applicable. Exercising an applicable privacy right will not by itself result in discriminatory treatment.
Privacy notices and deal agreements
This notice describes information handling. Reading it, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry does not execute a consulting agreement or mutual nondisclosure agreement. Deal-specific agreements are prepared and signed separately. Confidentiality obligations in an executed agreement continue to apply according to that agreement’s terms.
Children and changes to this notice
Our business services and portals are intended for adults acting in a business capacity, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the circumstances.
We may update this notice as the website or information practices change. The updated notice will show a new revision date. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide it.
